Donna has worked as a writer and editor for over 25 years.
She was motivated to pursue this line of work because she enjoys helping people unravel technical information to present it in a way their audience can understand. Growing up in a bilingual home and family also influenced Donna’s decision to work in communications.
Donna started her career as a technical writer in the corporate world and began accepting writing clients in 2016. Since then, she has worked with small to large companies to accomplish their compliance, technical, content, and marketing goals.

Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in French, and minor in Biology from Texas A&M University, and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) in Telecommunications Management from the University of Dallas.
She has other certifications and training relevant to writing, governance, and information security, including a certificate in plain language that complies with the Plain Writing Act of 2010.

​Donna lives in Fort Worth, Texas, where she is a certified master gardener and an active member of the Tarrant County Master Gardener Association (TCMGA). She is an empty nester with one daughter, of whom she is very proud. Other interests include sewing and traveling.

With nearly 25 years of experience as a graphic artist and illustrator, Dana has helped numerous organizations develop their brand identity. She is also well-versed in laying out and designing eBooks and printed books and illustrating children's books.
Dana holds a BA in Graphic Design and a Master of Arts (MA) in Teaching in Secondary Education Grades 6–12, with a concentration in Mathematics from McNeese State University, with 30 additional hours in instructional design.
She is a happily married mother of three, living on a ranch in the countryside of Southwest Louisiana.
